Quality & Evaluation

To maintain the highest standards, all Service activities will be evaluated to include their significance and impact on the Library and the University. The Library Director and/or Service supervisor will review project deliverables, Ask Us! responses, and survey submissions regularly from its Users.

Evaluation Rubrics

Evaluation rubrics will be used to evaluate a group of randomly selected Ask Us!, document, and internal service requests in a given time period.

Survey Feedback

Any feedback supplied by Users in the evaluation period will be included in the Service evaluation.

Other Evaluation Tools

The Library Director or Service supervisor may apply other evaluation tools as needed.
