The mission of the University Library Research and Reference Service (the "Service") is to provide high-quality research and information assistance to its Users (the "Users") in the most efficient manner possible.
Purpose of Guidelines
- To ensure that all Users of the University of Phoenix's University Library (the "Library") receive a consistent level of service based on uniform procedures.
- To ensure information service procedures are well defined for staff.
- To provide a basis for training and evaluating staff performance.
