Requests are not vetted before submission, so you must determine whether we have the article referenced or if it's freely available online. I'm glossing over this because I assume you can find things in the library. You will also need to check to ensure the student is not experiencing a problem on their readings page, also known as LRRs, particularly if they're reporting a problem accessing content. To do this:
- From the drop-down, choose LibGuides.

- Under Content, choose Guides.

- Enter the course number in the Name field using the format of the three-letter course code, forward slash followed by the three digits (example: ADM/512).

- Click on the course link name to open the readings page.
- Navigate to the appropriate week, if referenced in the ticket, or review each week to determine if the material is listed as a reading for the course.

- If it is listed, click the link to see if it works.
- If the link is broken and you feel comfortable fixing it, make the appropriate changes. If you do not feel confident fixing the link, notify the student, letting them know you have reported the issue, and assign the ticket to Mike Check or Alexis Soard.
