Opening new tickets

If we receive a request with multiple document requests or if we receive a request through the library inbox, we will need to open a new request.

To open a new request:

  1. In LibAnswers, click on Tickets & FAQs, then Create Ticket or FAQ.
  2. Fill out the following fields at a minimum (you may fill out more fields if needed):
    • Question = citation information
    • Asked by (name) = student's name
    • Asked by (email) = student's email
    • Status = student's status
    • Current course = student's current course
  3. Click Create Ticket.
