If we receive a request with multiple document requests or if we receive a request through the library inbox, we will need to open a new request.
To open a new request:
- In LibAnswers, click on Tickets & FAQs, then Create Ticket or FAQ.
- Fill out the following fields at a minimum (you may fill out more fields if needed):
- Question = citation information
- Asked by (name) = student's name
- Asked by (email) = student's email
- Status = student's status
- Current course = student's current course
- Click Create Ticket.
