Document Requests (Staff)

Occasionally, we receive external requests from outside organizations for University of Phoenix dissertations. The policy is to fulfill the request at no charge.

To fulfill these requests:

1. Download the dissertation. The preferred resource for downloading dissertations is Dissertations & Theses @ University of Phoenix or ProQuest Dissertations & Theses, as the document quality is typically better than that of other sources.
2. Type your response in the textbox of the ticket.
3. Add the tag external document request.
4. Click the box that reads Click to choose files or drag them here to select the file from your computer, or drag it into the box to attach it to the request.
5. Edit the request and select Library in the Request Fulfilled By drop-down. Click Edit Question to save your selection.
6. Close the request and respond to the requestor by selecting Submit as Closed.
