Content added in courses (textbooks, learning tools, library articles, etc.) are included in every Asana course project. Library content and website links are requested via a task in each project. A specific website permission request is used to submit website links. The library is responsible for ensuring that UOPX does not violate any copyright restrictions that apply to the content by adding the link to its courses. The Permissions Database is used to track the findings of those requests. Staff can reference the database as a step in determining if content is permissible for use.
The librarian completes the database entry form based on the information found in the original permission request.
