Click on Appointment under New Items from your inbox or on New Appointment from your calendar.
Since most of our meetings are virtual, click on Teams Meeting. This will insert the appropriate Teams information for your meeting and add the Required and Optional lines.
Enter your invitees' names in the Required or Optional fields depending on whether their attendance is required or not.
Add an appropriate Title to your meeting and place any notes about the meeting above the Teams information.
Click on Scheduling Assistant to check on your invitees' availability and find a time everyone is available.
You can either update the Start time and End time to the new meeting time or click on the correct time block on the scheduling display.
