2. Submit your request in MyPay

For those taking vacation or sick time, you will need to submit your time off request before your time off.

Note: Part-time reference staff accumulate sick time but not vacation time.

  1. Log in to MyHR (Phoenix View > Human Resources > MyHR).
     
  2. Click Time & Attendance. (You may have to disable your pop-up blocker for this website for the page to open.)

  3. Click Time Off Request.

    Select Time Off Request
     
  4. Fill out the required fields and click Submit.
