Make it a habit to review your work for plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, before submitting any assignment.

Use this short checklist to ensure academic integrity:

  • Give credit where it’s due. Always cite ideas, quotations, data, images, charts, or other materials you use.
  • Paraphrase responsibly. When you rephrase someone else’s ideas, use your own words and cite the original source.
  • Be transparent about reusing your own work. If you build on previous projects or assignments, be sure to follow academic integrity guidelines.
