Add a License to Your Asana Profile

  1. Verify the service desk has added the Asana email address to your network profile.
    • Open a new email and enter your name in the To field or select your name from the company address book.
    • Right-click on your name and select Outlook properties.

  2. In Asana, in the upper right-hand corner, click on your image or avatar and select Settings.
  3. Go to the Email Forwarding option.
  4. At the bottom of the pop-up, click Add New Email.
  5. Enter your email with your name as it appears in your, but instead of adding to the end, add

  6. Click the option to send a verification email.
  7. When you receive the verification email, click the link to verify and sign into Asana with your regular Asana login.
