- Verify the service desk has added the Asana email address to your network profile.
- Open a new email and enter your name in the To field or select your name from the company address book.
- Right-click on your name and select Outlook properties.
- One of the emails listed on the Email Addresses tab should end with @asana.phoenix.edu.
- In Asana, in the upper right-hand corner, click on your image or avatar and select Settings.
- Go to the Email Forwarding option.
- At the bottom of the pop-up, click Add New Email.
- Enter your email with your name as it appears in your @phoenix.edu, but instead of adding @phoenix.edu to the end, add @asana.phoenix.edu.
- For example, alexis.soard@asana.phoenix.edu.
- Click the option to send a verification email.
- When you receive the verification email, click the link to verify and sign into Asana with your regular Asana login.
