Add the employee to these email groups in Outlook. You will need to submit a ticket to the University Service Desk.
- CTL - All - Team
- CTL - Curriculum - Team
- CTL - University Library - Team
- DG C-APO-Corporate-University Library
- DG C-UOP-AcademicAffairs-University Library
- Provost - All Staff - Team
Add the employee to these groups in Teams.
- Library Chat
- Any team-specific chats
Determine what systems the employee needs access to and the level of access needed, including library specific systems.
- Asana (can be invited by a library Asana super user)
- Blackboard – Must be done by that person’s manager, an individual cannot request access on behalf of themselves or someone else
- LibAnswers (Systems Librarian)
- LibGuides (Systems Librarian)
- LibWizard (Systems Librarian)
